Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at USIU-Africa, 2023; United States International University-Africa (USIU-Africa) in conjunction with the Mastercard Foundation in its global Scholars Program to offer academically talented youth from Africa facing financial, gender, displacement, or disability constraints an opportunity to access world-class university education.

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at USIU-Africa will provide full-cost scholarships to young Africans who are first-time undergraduate degree-seeking applicants.

  • Laptops, books, and other learning materials;

    Number of Awards:

  • Access to the One Young World Summit 2023 in Belfast.
  • Access to additional scholarship programming organised by Z Zurich Foundation. This programming is likely to include pre and post One Young World Summit including calls and meetings with the wider Zurich Insurance Group delegation, as well as the chance to pitch for funding that can help increase your impact.
  • Hotel accommodation in Belfast between 1 and 6 (inclusive) October.
  • Value of Award: The Mastercard Foundation Scholars at USIU-Africa will receive holistic support which includes:

    2023 Talent Grants in Theology & Religious Studies at University of Groningen – Netherlands; The University of Groningen is pleased to offer the Talent Grants for one-year programme Theology & Religious Studies. The Talent Grant is financed by the Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies. The scholarship is aimed at international students from OUTSIDE the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to pursue a degree in Theology and Religious Studies.
