Maintaining a white is a good and healthy lifestyle though not very easy as there are many factors that can corrupt that purity, ranging from our diet, to health habits and the kind of toothpaste we use. Today I’ll be educating us on How we can easily maintain a perfectly white and healthy teeth.

White teeth makes you confident of your self that why most people walk on the road not been able to smile property.

According to Everyday roots certain food groups are culprits in breaking down the enamel on our teeth, and as this happens, it reveals the yellow dentin underneath.

Teeth whitening and strengthening treatments are expensive, so we understand the need for alternative ways in getting the same results.

Here are great ways to help whiten and
strengthen your teeth:

1. Brush your teeth twice a day, preferably morning and night before you go to bed. This is a vital factor cos as we sleep a lot of microbs grows on the layer of the teeth.

2. Brush your teeth with baking soda and
lemon juice

We have to admit, this is not the tastiest option, but it works. Baking soda is mildly abrasive and will scrub away surface stains on your teeth. In turn, the lemon juice neutralises the acidity of the baking soda while also acting as a natural bleach. Mix several teaspoons of baking soda together with enough lemon juice, put some on your toothbrush and gently brush it onto your teeth. You can then leave it on your teeth for up to 3 minutes before rinsing it off.

3. Clean your teeth while you eat:
There are many fruits and vegetables, such as strawberries and broccoli that contain key ingredients needed to naturally remove plaque and shield your teeth from decay.

5. Oil swishing

Swishing around an oil in your mouth, such as coconut or sesame oil, can improve your overall oral health. The oil cleanses and detoxifies the teeth and gums without disturbing it. To make this quick and easy, try making these ideal coconut chews.

6. Use of Chewing sticks:
It’s advisable to use chewing sticks in the morning before even applying toothpaste, as it helps in removing food particles lying underneath the teeth or at the root of the teeth. Also the process helps in massaging the gum ensuring a stronger teeth.

7. Use a straw if you can

Coffee, tea and fizzy drinks cause the most damage to healthy teeth and gums. By opting for a straw, these beverages will pour straight down to the back of yourmouth surpassing your teeth and most of your gums.
Sipping coffee or tea this way might sound ridiculous, so rather try this with fizzy drinks.

8. Rinse your mouth with apple cider vinegar

Again, this is not a very tasty option but it’s a natural and organic teeth whitener. It’s also very inexpensive. Simply take a good sip and swish it around in your mouth for 1 minute for cleaner, whiter teeth.

Conclusion : all this been, it’s still good to bear in mind that the process is gradual and if maintained would produce good results. Some people have sensitive teeth, therefore you can consult your dentist for prescription on which toothpaste would be best for you.
